Dr. York has been an educator for over 20 years as a teacher, coach, district and school administrator.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, coaching, enhancing the literacy skills and achievement of Black and Brown adolescents, instruction, and creating and facilitating effective professional development.  Dr. York is the owner of Literacy for Life, LLC.

Dr. Darnell Bradley is  the curriculum director for the Harvard Institute of Coaching and the owner of Doc Bradley Solutions, LLC where he combines his knowledge of education policy and practices to design digital learning platforms.

Dr. Bradley is a retired tenured professor of research and educational/organizational leadership and co-founder of the Black Male Real Estate Expo. 

Lutalo McGee is the owner of Ani World LLC, an umbrella company for Ani Real Estate, Ani Title, the Black Male Real Estate Expo,  Ani Development Group and Ani Appraisal Management.

Prior to his full immersion into the real estate field in 2013, Lutalo was a career educator and held a number of positions including teacher, dean, coach and mentor over his years in the education field.
