ENTREPRENUERSHIP
As part of its mission, Ani Empowerment Group seeks to help young people and young adults learn and have access to the career paths that real estate and construction has to offer.
Build Your Future is Ani Empowerment Group's flagship entrepreneurship program. High school aged to young adults (including justice-impacted individuals) engage in yearlong programming to learn real estate & construction trades as a primary professional pathway — paired with financial literacy, life skills, conflict resolution, and multiple literacies.
Our programming addresses the whole person: professional, personal, and civic development.
The Summit, started in 2022, is a unique way to bring business owners and the community together to celebrate students. Starting in 2027, the annual capstone will acknowledge the Pathway Program graduates. During the day-long Summit there will also be:
