The Build Your Future (BYF) Summit, held each fall in Chicago, is the annual capstone event  for our Real Estate Pathway Program. BYF is a free, full-day public experience that has reached more than 600 people across three previous summits. Our Real Estate Pathway Program is a structured, year-round initiative serving two cohorts: high school juniors and seniors, and post-high school participants up to age 30.
